Pañña Consulting is led by Kimberly Allen, Ph.D., MBA. Her expertise spans corporate strategy and organizational change, from environmental metrics to employee engagement. She excels in helping clients hone their sustainability plans and carry them out simply and directly, for maximum benefit.

After eight years in business development and strategic consulting, Kim began working with sustainability clients in 2007, and founded Pañña in 2009. She has spoken on sustainability at global business conferences and to University students; authored academic and industry articles on programs for practical change; facilitated visioning workshops; and invented tools for group processes. She has served as a judge in the Acterra Business Environmental Awards.

Kim received an MBA in Sustainable Business from the Bainbridge Graduate Institute, the first business school devoted solely to sustainability and organizational change. She also holds a Ph.D. in materials physics from the University of California, San Diego. Before founding Pañña Consulting, she was Director of Technology and Strategy at iSuppli Corporation.

She serves as President of the Board of a local non-profit, tutors high school students, practices tai chi, and teaches meditation.
